"There were so many issues with this stay. First, I messaged the owner a week prior to my stay AFTER I got SMS messages asking me to authorize for charges, but also options to opt-out? I wanted to confirm the messages were legitimate and that I might not feel too comfortable going through their system when they listed on VRBO. I got no replies at all which made me nervous. "This property has huge potential. The location is pretty good; close to little Italy, little Portugal, and Mount Royal. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, close to two of the main bagel joints, cafes, etc. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would expect. Can’t beat the convenience of a condo or the price of a hotel, especially with a family. While all that was good, the property could use some TLC. Nothing too serious, just a little...

"parking not included but its on side streets right next to property. there are slight limitations but never conflicted. 2 good solid queens with ensuites. the twin is ok for young one, the foldout a bit bigger. very spacious and clean. close to decarie (15 expressway)… easy access to most anywhere."
