"Loved my stay here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ramon and Sophia the pool barkeeps were amazing. Only gripe and it’s a very small one is that the free WiFi could be better. Definitely staying here again. "

"Very good property- had an awesome room with great views!!! Staff was good as well. Only issue we had, was that we could not get into our room until after 4pm as people before us had a late checkout. And upon departure (Saturday) would not allow us , so had to be out at 10am. "

"Checkin and checkout were excellent as the reception staff are top notch. Food in Ocean was very good but two disappointing events. First on Friday night we could not order off the bar menu in the dining room. My wife wanted something light off the bar menu and I wanted an entree off the main restaurant menu Second I was charged $4 for a coffee refill which was surprising for a high quality restaurant "

"When we arrived for the stay we booked about 5 months previously, and was confirmed by hotels.com and about which we got our stay reminders, we learned that our reservation had been cancelled by the booking company. There was no record of our reservation at all. However, the front desk staff was very accommodating and placed us notwithstanding. The hotel was very busy and appears to be a popular choice for travelers planning to depart from the nearby cruise ship port. Very pleasant staff. "

"Beautiful bay and well situated property- close to the marina and some shopping. Our room was nice and the beach was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. There is construction everywhere on this side of the island due to the last hurricane and they are updating the hotel rooms. "

"My wife and I's second visit to Fourteen. Last year, 5 stars; this year, 4 stars. The Good: Our room had a spectacular view and was very clean. The kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. Secure, easy parking. Convenient access to the beach and pool. The food market and several restaurants were nearby. The Bad: Our room had only two towels for a 10-day stay. No soap,one roll of toilet paper,one roll of paper towels. The washing machine worked, but the dryer didn’t. We only needed it to dry...

"Very comfortable accommodation, was able to have window open during stay, no need for the AC. Yosef was very friendly and helpful. Bianca spent time explaining and diagramming the local “bus” routes."
