Schimmlige Kellerwohnung!
Die Wohnung lag im Kellergeschoss und hatte nur ein zu öffnende Fenster. Bereits beim Eintreten nahm man Schimmelgeruch war. Das Appartement ist winzig und mit übrig gebliebenen Möbeln zugestellt. In der Küche fanden wir Massen an altem Geschirr und Besteck, daß nur teilweise gereinigt war. Nach einer Nacht mussten wir das Haus wegen massiver Atemprobleme aufgrund der Schimmelpilzsporen verlassen. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich sehr unkooperativ.

Appartement très agréable, calme, confortable et bien décoré, le petit jardin est un plus, même si nous en avons peu profité à cause du temps. Quartier très plaisant, calme, mais commerces à proximité. La plage est tout près (50 m) Le centre historique est accessible en bus ou à pied par la plage ou la chaussée (environ 30 minutes). Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig op het gegeven adres na enkele malen getelefoneer kreeg ik eindelijk de verhuurder aan de lijn zij was nog bezet met iets en zou binnen een uur ons kunnen binnenlaten in ons huisje daarna hebben we nog anderhalf uur moeten wachten op hun intussen was het bijna zes uur namiddag.We hebben dan onze intrek kunnen nemen in een kelderwoning het bed was nog niet klaar en volgens mij was er enige tijd niet meer gepoetst er was zelfs niets aanwezig om te poetsen zelfs nog geen stofzuiger,bij navraag aan de eigenaar ivm de werking vd was- en vaatwasmachine kon hij mij geen uitleg geven en de TV kreeg hij ook niet aan de praat dat heb ik dan maar zelf opgelost,de eigenaars waren zelf aanwezig op de boven gelegen etage en daar hadden we zelfs last van lawaai doordat het houten vloeren zijn en zelfs vd honden die zich ‘s nachts verplaatsten en ze lieten hun honden hun behoefte doen in de kleine tuin die ons ter beschikking stond zonder het te verwijderen.

L environnement Parfait... belle propriété dans un beau quartier tout proche de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Mr Haloin est un Monsieur très gentil et bienveillant. J'ai été choqué à mon arrivée de trouver la véranda en "vrac". Très loin de la photo postée sur l'annonce! Choquée également de ne pas avoir été accueillie par Madame qui n'a pas jugé utile de me saluer. Je pense qu'il est important de savoir que l'appartement est semi enterré. Peut être très agréable en été avec 30° à l'extérieur mais en septembre avec 19°, c'est humide. Et bruyant quand les propriétaires occupent la maison. C'est une belle maison, idéalement située, à 2' de la mer, 30´ de la cité historique par le front de mer et l'appartement est accueillant. Malgré les quelques inconvénients cités plus haut, j'ai passée une semaine agréable et j'ai pu échanger avec Mr Haloin en toute gentillesse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. les hôtes sont très sympathiques et nous avons été bien accueillis. La location est idéalement placée à 50m de la plage et à un peu plus de 30 minutes à pied de la citadelle. L'équipement est assez complet et nous avons pu manger souvent dans le jardin. Bref, si nous repassons par Saint-Malo, nous reviendrons louer ce logement.
