"Ruby Foo’s was great! The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were helpful. Only downside was no restaurant/lounge so don’t plan on food/drinks at the hotel. They did offer croissants and muffins for purchase as a substitute. A final note was that the parking lot was not well cleaned after a snowfall- it had been plowed but not salt so very slippery."

"The staff were all very welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a Jr. Suite and the bathroom is showing some signs of age. We had an issue with the hot water not becoming hot without having the water run for 15 minutes on 2 separate days. We left at 7am one morning and out the do not disturb sign as well as no maid service needed sign on door and when we got back, the room had been cleaned. I wasn’t happy about this.
