The tenant is personally responsible for neighborhood disturbances due to the execution of the rental contract.

A large covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture allows you to enjoy pleasant moments by the pool. Another terrace on the 1st floor offers a panoramic view of the garden and the garrigue.

Spacieuse et conviviale
Nous avons passĆ© un agrĆ©able sĆ©jour dans cette maison. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et de terrain de jeu pour les enfants. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour accueillir tout le monde (nous Ć©tions 8 adultes et 5 enfants). La plage la plus proche (Palavas) est situĆ© Ć  15/20mn en voiture. Il y a des commerces de proximitĆ© (Carrefour, Super U, Boulangerie, etc.) La propriĆ©taire est trĆØs accueillante et venait nettoyer la piscine tous les matins de bonne heure. La maison est trĆØs spacieuse et la terrasse assez grande pour accueillir deux tablĆ©es de 10 personnes (20 en tout donc). Les Ć©quipements sont nombreux et la maison trĆØs fonctionnelle.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool war toll und gut verschlieƟbar ( 3 JƤhriger) uns auƟerdem wurde er jeden Tag morgens gereinigt! Die Zimmer waren gerƤumig und es waren fĆ¼r 12 Personen ausreichend BƤder und Toiletten vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war Ć¼beraus freundlich hilfsbereit und bei jedem Problemchen sofort zur Stelle. Die Kommunikation in Englisch stellte kein Problem das!

Freundliche Leute. Eine Person spricht Englisch. Viel Platz, drauƟen und drinnen. Reichlich ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft sauberes Haus. 2 groƟe KĆ¼hl-/GefrierschrƤnke. Der Pool (etwa 10 m x 5 m) wurde tƤglich morgens gereinigt; keine Hautprobleme mit Chlorgehalt; am spƤten Nachmittag beschattet. Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck fĆ¼r 3 Fahrzeuge ohne Probleme, mit Rangieren auch mehr mƶglich. Kaum Probleme mit Stechinsekten. Ruhige Wohngegend (bedingt auch ruhiges Verhalten der Mieter). GroƟer Carrefour-Supermarkt in 3 km Entfernung. Das Haus ist nicht perfekt. Wenn man etwas an den Haaren herbeiziehen mƶchte: Geschirr und GlƤser sind zusammengewĆ¼rfelt. Geschirr und GlƤser waren bei der Ankunft nicht sauber (Drehsprenger in der GeschirrspĆ¼lmaschine waren fast zugesetzt). Keine Klimaanlage. Keine Insektengitter in den Fenstern. Nur wenige Liegen am Pool. Es ist eins der besten von vielen FerienhƤusern, die wir je gebucht haben.

Nous sommes venus dans le sud pour le mariage de notre fils, avec famille et amis et nous avions dĆ©cidĆ© de louer une grande maison et lĆ  nous avons passĆ© 15 jours de rĆŖve dans cette maison. TrĆØs trĆØs bien accueilli par les propriĆ©taires, la maison est spacieuse, propre, la piscine trĆØs bien entretenue ainsi que le terrain. L'endroit est trĆØs calme. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie trĆØs bien. Les propriĆ©taires sont trĆØs discrets, toujours Ć  notre Ć©coute et d'une trĆØs grande gentillesse, encore merci d'avoir Ć©tĆ© Ć  notre Ć©coute. Nous sommes prĆŖt Ć  revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis et nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Ghislaine et Patrick.

Beautiful house in St. Jean de Vedas
A spacious, comfortable and beautiful house. The property is large and very private. An unexpected extra is a large wilderness park right beside the property which has an extensive set of walking trails. There is also a wonderful outdoor oven. The pool is very well kept. The owners live directly adjacent and offer a very warm welcome. Perfect for a family gathering.

La maison est trĆØs grande et spacieuse pour que chacun trouve ses aises, dommage que la vaisselle Ć©tait sale, nous avons tout relavĆ© au fur et Ć  mesure... Mauvaise surprise, pas de lit bĆ©bĆ© malgrĆ© le descriptif qui le mentionnait, il a fallu se dĆ©brouiller pour faire dormir le bĆ©bĆ©... tout le monde a apprĆ©ciĆ© la piscine et la terrasse pour Le barbecue...

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met drie gezinnen in deze villa. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijn groot zwembad. Heerlijk vertoeven in deze villa met voldoende schaduw. Enige minpuntje was dat er geen airconditioning in de woning aanwezig was, vooral omdat de buitentemperatuur in onze eerste week boven de 35 oC was en het 's nachts niet echt afkoelde.

Ideale Villa fĆ¼r Familienferien
Wir waren zum Anlass unseres 60. Geburtstages mit unseren Kindern, Partnern und Enkeln 2 Wochen hier und haben es sehr gut angetroffen. Das grosszĆ¼gige GelƤnde ist gut unterhalten und der Pool genial. Die Infrastruktur im Haus, KĆ¼che usw. sind ideal geeignet um selber zu kochen. Der Ć¼berdachte Sitzplatz war fĆ¼r das gemeinsame Essen von der direkten Sonne geschĆ¼tzt. Die Besitzerin hat den Pool regelmƤssig gereinigt und die RasenflƤchen unterhalten. Das Haus liegt ca. 30 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Dies ermƶglicht spontane AusflĆ¼ge ans Wasser oder die Camargue. Wir kƶnnen dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Membre d'une association de course Ć  pieds nous venions sur Montpellier Ć  l'occasion d'une course organisĆ©e Ć  Lattes et avons trouvĆ© cette maison pouvant tous nous accueillir pendant notre week end prolongĆ©. Nous y avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour, la maison est trĆØs agrĆ©able avec de grandes chambres et un grand jardin. Il y'a un grand centre commercial Ć  proximitĆ©, ainsi qu'un arrĆŖt de tramway venant de Montpellier (quelques minutes en voiture). La rencontre avec la propriĆ©taire s'est Ć©galement trĆØs bien passĆ©e. Seul bĆ©mol du week end un lĆ©ger dĆ©calage sur l'heure de disponibilitĆ© de la maison le premier jour, largement compensĆ© par la gentillesse des propriĆ©taires qui ont remis en marche la piscine en avance (1er mai) pour que nous puissions en profiter. Pour conclure, la maison rĆ©pondait tout Ć  fait Ć  nos attentes et sommes donc trĆØs content de notre sĆ©jour.
