Large and beautiful comfortable chalet (sleeps 15) with private jacuzzi, relaxation / gym / fitness area, video library, games room, table tennis, billiards, table football, pétanque field and view of Lac des Fades.
The chalet, located on enclosed and planted grounds (1500m2), can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large balcony. Living room, flat screen TV, 50m2 shaded terrace ...
Our weekly rates are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, gas, tourist tax) for a number of occupants between 8 and 10 people.
Decreasing / special rate depending on the number of people (1 to 4 people, then 5 to 7 people), the rental period and without access to certain equipment. Weekend possibilities >>> Contact us.
Motorcyclists welcome: provision of the garage (closed).
The options and services, if desired, are:

La Chazotte
Nous avons passé un bon week-end en famille à la chazotte dans le gîte de la Datcha. Superbe vue sur le lac. On a profité du Jacuzzi. Les lits y sont confortables et le calme règne dans ce lieu dit de la Chazotte. Merci à Didier.

Très bel emplacement et jardin mais ...
Très bel emplacement et jardin pour ce chalet qui manque d’entretien général. L’accueil du propriétaire était agréable. Mais nous avons eu un gros problème de punaises de lit. Malgré un avis sur google posté 2 jours avant notre arrivée signalant des punaises, le propriétaire nous a rassurés, disant qu’il ne connaissait pas l’auteur de cet avis, qu’il s’était probablement trompé de logement et qu’il n’avait jamais eu ce problème. Après 5 jours les piqures commençaient à apparaître ainsi que les punaises. Après avoir contacté le propriétaire, celui-ci nous a dit qu’il avait fait son enquête, qu’il était au courant et que probablement (sans le moindre déplacement de sa part), le problème était limité et nous a offert la location des draps et le nettoyage, soit moins de 6% du montant en compensations. Plus de la moitié des locataires sont partis avant la fin du séjour. Les 6 couples et leurs enfants (de 4 mois à 5 ans) ont dû mettre tous les bagages en quarantaine et certaines punaises ont été retrouvées de retour de vacances. L’ambiance de fin de séjour et le stress généré par la recherche et le traitement de ces punaises a pénalisé complètement cette semaine de vacances. Il est totalement inadmissible que le propriétaire au courant n’ait rien dit aux locataires laissant le problème se propager. J’espère que cet avis servira aux suivants qui doivent reprendre la location le lundi, 2 jours après notre départ.

Punaises de lit
En plus des punaises de lit plusieurs volets roulant ne fonctionnaient pas ,une chasse d'eau était cassée, les portes des chambres avaient du mal à s'ouvrir, traces de moisissures dans une salle de bain et dans la cuisine, des ustensiles de cuisine ( poêles , casserole ) inutilisables . Manque d'entretien général !

Un super week-end en pleine nature
Nous avons passé une séjour très agréable au sein de ce merveilleux chalet. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Il est très cosy et fonctionnel, la vue sur le lac est sublime, et nous avons plus qu’apprécié les séances détente dans le jacuzzi. De plus, notre hôte a été très accueillant et arrangeant. En résumé: nous avons passé un week-end au top, merci encore !

Un week-end prolongé en famille dans un cadre superbe, une vue du gîte dont on ne se lasse pas. Le propritaire est très sympatique et nous a fait profiter de produits locaux. Le gite a tout ce qu il faut en cas de mauvaise météo, mais nous avons eu la chance d avoir la compagnie du soleil. Merci pour ce beau séjour. A refaire

Séjour correct, bon accueil et bonne communication avec le propriétaire, rien à dire de ce côté là. Concernant le gîte, l espace de vie est restreint pour 12 personnes en hiver, en été je pense que ça ne pose pas de problème. Grandeur des chambres très bien, literie pas très confortable, couvertures très vieilles. Nombreuses réparations à prévoir dans les salles de bain. Salle de jeux… non il n y en a pas ! Baby foot juste pour des enfants de 5 ans. Billard très bien mais prend la place du salon. Jacuzzi très bien mais dommage lumière extérieure du chalet très faible ! Très belle vue !
