203 Deer Run Road (Fripp Nautic) is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage with an upscale coastal vibe and captivating view of Blue Heron Lake. Enjoy watching beautiful Snowy Egrets, Blue Herons, wildlife and sweeping lagoon views from the large screened porch. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch as the day brightens and the wildlife wake up. Take your pick for coffee: old school drip or Keurig. Located below the top screened porch is another great place to hang out with views of the lake, comfortable seating, ring swing games, a private sauna and outdoor shower. We do not leave you a "starter pack" of essentials like two dishwasher/laundry pods, trashbags, etc. - we leave more than you will need because we understand this frustration of buying them when renting.
Everything you need for the ultimate beach vacation including three bedrooms, each have ensuite baths. A half bath and ice maker with plenty of ice are located in the double garage along with a 60 quart low country steamer. Plenty of parking available for up to 4 full size trucks or SUV's! Our super clean home offers top-of-the-line amenities and modern decor with a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all new dishes and cook ware. With plenty of space for family and friends, this beach house is the ultimate relaxation destination. You are a short walk to Springtide Market, Hannah's Park and walking trails on the island. Home sleeps eight with a three minute golf cart ride to the beach! Deer Lake features a private neighborhood pool 3-8 feet, covered area for shade and bathrooms that is located across the street from our house. We love this convenience, it is usually quiet and you do not need an amenity card for it, we have a separate pool card for access.
On the main floor you will find a gorgeous open floor plan to include a large kitchen, dining area and beautiful great room with a vaulted ceiling. 10 foot ceilings throughout the home. A spacious owner suite with a new king bed and the owner bath features a walk in shower, dual sinks with beautiful granite countertops, linen closet and tile flooring. From the owner suite, double doors open to the screened porch to bring the outdoors in during cooler weather. Two other bedrooms offer new queen size beds, each with its own private bath. Our home sleeps 8 with the Queen Size SoundAsleep CouldNine Series Air Mattress.
Local seafood is close by and always available. A Green Egg, new charcoal grill and 60 quart low country steamer pot is located downstairs. All new luxurious bath towels, new 1800 thread count sheets, sleep safe pillow protectors and all new Serta mattresses with Therapeutic Antimicrobial Waterproof mattress protectors are in place to ensure a great night's sleep. We offer complimentary wi-fi and high speed internet. New large Roku Smart TV's just installed in the great room and all bedrooms for your convenience. Log into your own platforms and stream until your heart's desire. New Tommy Bahama beach chairs, wagon, new microfiber beach towels and beach toys are available for your use.
We are full members of the Fripp Island Resort Club and guest amenity cards are available for our guests to purchase. These cards are required for the restaurants, golf courses, island rentals, pools and tennis courts. Amenity cards are not included with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us for $50/person, needed for anyone 13 and older. We are not charging our guests the new 12.8% Resort rental fee on top of the rental amount. We do require a FULL WEEK STAY during Masters week in April and the months of June and July. We have a minimum three night stay during other months. Pets are not allowed. During peak season, I would recommend reserving a golf cart at least a month or two in advance, amenity cards are no longer needed to rent a cart. During peak season golf carts must be rented for the full week.
