Equipped with many amenities and a remarkable level of sports & leisure facilities (including a fun "multi-activity area" with city-stadium, skate park, children's games... located a stone's throw away) and two equipped fishing ponds (a "no-kill" carpodrome & a rich "sports course"), Saint-Germain-du-Bois also benefits from a soothing agricultural setting & natural surroundings, gentle unspoiled countryside of meadows, rivers & forests. Spacious cottage of great comfort. Vast living room with a very nice volume. Warm "bourgeois" character with contemporary accents, opulent & refined, enhanced by careful heritage restoration (woodwork, cement tiles, French ceilings, molded doors, superb star-shaped framework, magnificent original moldings & rosettes etc.). Stayed here for a week in June 2024, two people and one dog. Beautiful old townhouse on a side street close to the center of a busy little town. Really characterful house with high ceilings and big windows decorated in a really relaxing modern style. The garden is great....basically completely walled and not overlooked at all. Nice undercover dining area and great swimming pool. There is secure parking behind the bushes at the back of the garden with a big electronic gate. Very safe garden for kids and dogs. We enjoyed our visit and Adrien was very easy to deal with - no stress and language wasn't an issue at all. 100% recommended, thanks.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
Le gîte est vraiment exceptionnel, très beau et surtout très propre. Le jardin avec piscine donne un plus au gîte, nous avons adoré y passer notre petit séjour. Cependant, la literie n’est pas très confortable…. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon séjour.
