"We arrived and there wasn’t anyone to greet us. Parking was only enough to fit 6 cars. We checked in and went to see the room. There was mould in the cupboard - door was broken. Mould on the ceiling in the shower. Shower pole broken. The blinds were broken and only One window opened. Paint chipped everywhere and looked completely different to the photos we had seen. "Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...
