Classic and Cozy
"Prime location and classic hotel. Very nice concierge service! Housekeeping was superb! They did a wonderful job keeping our room nice and making us feel like home! The only downside was no running water after 10pm the first night and not so friendly front desk staff."

"Female staff member wasn't very helpful when asking for vending machine/ice locations. Just that they were all over we would have too look. Maintenance service for the AC was fast. It took an hour just to check-in after being charged twice for parking. Loved the location and the view."

"This is an amazing oasis deep in the heart of Burbon Street. It has an amazing courtyard, pool and balcony’s that make it feel like a hideaway. The restaurants were all amazing and the staff was super attentive. You have to stay here!"

"Overall it was nice and quaint . Great location . I do think the color scheme in the rooms needs to be updated. It was a green trim around the borders and doors . I think just updating would make a world of difference as well as putting some flooring down instead of the natural concrete"
