"The best thing about this property is the upstairs porch. Wonderful views of the sunset and so many stars at night! The owner of this property pays a lot of attention to detail. Coffee and filters are provided as well as tea and a little dish of mints when you arrive. There was also a separate electric kettle, which was a nice touch. "We had a great time at this VRBO- it was super close to Salida and about an hour outside of Cañon City which meant we had plenty to do! The decor was beautiful and very well maintained. I’d say the only drawback was that we had some difficulty sleeping with the unfamiliar sounds of the road nearby and the heater kicking on/off.
