"Spent a weekend in cleveland for a comedy show and Browns game. The loft apartment was perfect for our group of 6 friends, 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the living room sofa.The location was great, and the views from in the apartment and on the private rooftop patio were epic. "Called to get access instructions on 7/15 and was told apartment was not available. Its been 13 days and have not received a refund."

"The location is great. The condo is large with really nice, up to date kitchen and bath. The manager was very reponsive. The things I wished I knew check in (getting keys, fobs, QR codes, parking hang tag) is a process. Be patient and build in time to go through the steps. Once you figure it out it was not a huge deal...and we always felt safe and secure. Not many amenties,,,so when in doubt, bring it with you or plan to buy it. Including a plunger!"

"There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!"
