"Perfect for what I needed "

"This location was perfect for me and I could walk everywhere I needed to go in my business trip. The only complaint I have is that while I was there the electronics in the building were acting funny and the elevators/door didn’t work sometimes. The electronic lock on the front door of the apartment stopped working also, however, the host took care of it immediately and I was only locked out for 2 hours. I would stay here again despite the complaint, all the tenants, I encountered, were friendly...

"There were only two bath towels and one face towel in the unit for 2 people. More towels please. Please pay more attention to the cleaning of the bathrooms. The broom was left with hair, maybe from the previous tenant or cleaning. A dish towel should be included in the kitchen supplies. Homeless camp at across the street, no problems. Appreciate the modern appliances. The location was was great in proximity to the KB Convention Center. Well lighted."

"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. There was a few instances where we were unable to fall asleep due to the noise levels of some individuals staying. The location wasn’t too far from most places I was visiting. "

"I lived here for two months and this unit is very nice with a very comfortable bed, a large shower and a well-supplied kitchen. The location was perfect for the drive to the office and my workouts in the nearby part. and I enjoyed the safety of private, gated parking. The owner was very responsive with the few issues I had with the unit. I would definitely stay here again."

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"We were visiting family in Dallas with our 1 yr old son, and found this to be the perfect place. It was a great location for things to do and the apartment itself was wonderful for him to run around in. Only suggestion would be a few more blankets for the living room and some towels! Thank you. If we come back, we will def stay here!"
