"I had a meeting at the hotel so I asked for a late check out (just one hour) and they wanted to charge me for it. I am a Marriott’s member and found it unappealing they would charge me extra when I had done it in the past without extra charges. The restaurant’s waiter Juan Carlos was super nice and recommended delicious food. "

"The staff was wonderful! Very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was a little sad. They need to upgrade the rooms and property. Our beds were ok but the carpet was old and stained and furniture was ripped and stained. Tge resort itself was in a nice location. The Ferry over to San Diego was was just walking distance away and the bikes were great to take around the island. "

"The property is perfectly located within minutes of all the big attractions, amazing food, and great beaches. The property was very quiet ( some guests you can't keep quiet so I don't knock the hotel for that). The room was massive giving our two year old plenty of room to run around in the room. The only want would be the ability to have a night light in the bathroom to not turn on the big light at night. Definitely will return on our next trip."
