I got to hotel at 4:20 pm for a 4:00 pm check in and was informed room wasn’t ready. Just traveled 13 hours and then told I couldn’t go to my room. Unacceptable!

Love the environment and atmosphere but I just had a bad encounter with one of the staff members who was a bit rude. As well in the room I stayed in, we had found some critters in the bathroom.

This hotel was totally misrepresented online. The rooms were dirty....old. The tv did not work. The price was over the top. NEVER would I even consider staying in a dump like this!

Room smelled of mildew/mold. The mattress frame bedsheet covering was dirty/stained as an old vomit stain. Bathroom was very clean. They give you bath gel tubes. No soap which I found to be better. Small TV but good channels to watch. At night the whole buildings and parking lots brightly lit, another positive. But sidewalks and streets dirty. Looked like a very sketchy hotel.

When I was settlinng in for the evening music was loud next door to me. When I asked the front desk what the options were the manager found a quieter room for me and I was so happy to move to a quieter room. I slept all night without any interruptions. I will stay there again next time im in town.

Its more of a Motel feel than hotel. Some of the lights weren’t working and there were no lights in the bathroom at all. Area feels a little off, not sure how to explain that. At the end of the day, it was a decent clean bed and good AC. That’s all I was really looking for.

Property did not provide proper linens, floors room was dirty and sticky, none operational toilet, maintenance had it fix and left water all over in the bathroom floors. I had 2 night recervation, I had to cancel because the conditions and still got the 2 day charges.
