"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
