While the hotel itself (including the restaurant) is lovely, the staff is what I was impressed with. Our neighbor was blaring music at 11:30 p.m., and staff immediately addressed it. When the neighbors were still loud, they swiftly moved us to a new room without complaint. While I was disappointed with having to move, it wasn't the hotel's fault.

Everyone here was very helpful & they even let me check in early since I had an early flight! Room was clean and nearby to Michigan Ave.
