"Changed our booking to accommodate three adults instead of two so were moved to unit 5. Was pouring with rain the day we stayed- upstairs bedroom had a leak in the roof so ended up using the rubbish bucket plus a dish towel to try to alleviate the problem. Downstairs shower over the bath flooded the bathroom floor so ended up using most of the hand towels to soak this up. Beds were very comfortable . Left super early so can’t comment on anything else about the property . Owner was very nice ....

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chabivin. The unit was very clean and literally has everything you need at your fingertips. I would definitely recommend the Vineyard studio for a romantic getaway. It's a very modern and chic unit, yet cozy and warm. I loved the welcome note hanging on a letter board outside our unit, lovely personal touch. We will be going back very soon for a family trip this time. "I was extremely happy with our stay! Such a cozy little spot but not far from conveniences like a market and dining and VA waterfront entertainment and more restaurants! Uber is so easy to catch in this area as well! Plenty of space for clothes…I think the only thing I’d wished they had was an air cooler…it is easy and safe to open the windows for that wonderful breeze but our clothes that we washed coold have dried quicker if there was an air cooler! I would stay again nonetheless!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Jonquil Cottage. We felt at home straight away finding it very clean and comfortable for our weeks stay. The pretty leafy garden is ideal to sit out in warm weather, providing plenty of shade. The cottage is in an ideal position at a very close walking distance to the main street in Franschhoek.
