Convenient location for nearby convention center. Our daily breakfasts were outstanding. Lots of variety and delicious. Wonderful staff in all areas. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Nearby shopping mall, restaurants, and Metro were so nice. I also liked the decor - interesting and yet not too contrived.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful, but scrambled eggs could be cooked longer. Everywhere was clean. I would definitely go back.

Perfectly fine hotel built in a car park next to Ahoy venue. The walls do move when doors close. The staff seemed over whelmed at breakfast when it was very busy, with a lackmof tables being cleared and food running out. On arrival, reception was unstaffed as she was outside having a cigarette. Room was ok and quiet. Food reasonably priced.

Unfortunately the link to google maps provided in the expedia app is wrong. The hotel is on the other side of Rotterdam. and this has not been update since last week. This took us 2 hours of of valuable leisure time!

i liked that hotel was new.However, it was still under construction and it was very annoying to be listening to the drills. Also, the. door was shaking all the time as there was like a wind tunnel effect current within the aisle. It did not feel safe. The water glasses were not changed and the receptionist upon arrival was really rude as she didn't want to give me the key to my room until i pay some kind of tax, which I believe was included in the price. She didn't even give me the chance to speak to anyone in Expedia to clarify the situation. I paid the amount but found the situation extremely embarrassing.

Mooi hotel voor als je een concert hebt, op loop afstand van Ahoy. Parkeren tegen betaling, plek genoeg. Indien je in het restaurant wil dineren, weken van te voren boeken!! 1 tip: misschien een toiletbostel in badkamer...?

Prima verblijf alleen het ontbijt was zeer matig. Uitgebreid genoeg maar alles op, ze liepen met 8 man continu achter de feiten aan, brood op, scrambled eggs koud, gekookte eieren blauw, jam op, enz enz. Ronduit Jammer
