"So convenient, right in Terminal 5 -- really takes the stress out of a travel day. Loved everything, but two suggestions... 1. Bed is too hard. This used to be considered good, but other hotels have learned to make things more comfortable! 2. Lights at night -- TV lights, for example, are all-but standard, but I find them annoying, so always have to cover them with clothing. Otherwise, fantastic, and great value."
