My 12 year old son and I were sleeping and woke up to at least an inch of water all over the floor drenching our clothing and belongings. The front office gave us a different room but did not accommodate the $70’s in laundry I had to do at the laundromat. "

I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out. "
