"This house is great for an extended family vacation. Very walkable location with great amenities. The home and property are very clean. Kitchen is very well-stocked. A couple of non-working amenities: the master bath jacuzzi (jets don’t work, tub doesn’t hold water), the main TV is extremely complicated and not user friendly (we didn’t figure out how to log into streaming apps until 2 days before we left) and some of the bedroom TVs don’t work. The plunge pool is nice and really warm. The listing advertises a Big Green Egg grill, but there’s only a gas grill. The management company is very responsive, I know that if we had had any problems they would’ve been taken care of in a timely manner. We hope to return sometime!"

"5th year in a row vacationing in 30A for Fall Break. This was the best location we have had. So convenient to be able to walk back and forth to beach in a matter of minutes. House was great. Liked having the garage to park SUV in and access to beach chairs and cooler. Accomodations were very nice as well. "
