"When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"Your place is lovely and exactly as listed. Wish it was longer then a night....but for the one night we stay it was so peaceful and relaxing. Really like the little touches with the chocolates and waffle maker. Only difference I would do is have one flavored coffee syrup not sugar free (only because I have an allergy to sugar free) or maybe some honey. Overall beautiful place thank you for sharing it with us would definitely stay again."

"Everything was as advertised. Neighbors with dogs barking in the night and car honking/other outside elements can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper. Very quick and fast communication with host even at 2am. Would recommend."

"The apartment needs a deep cleaning. It’s been awhile. Coffee mugs were filthy — took a huge amount of time/effort to clean them. Dishes and utensils were not clean - someone when through the steps putting them in the dw but they were dirty with dried-on food. Very thoughtful chargers and night background devices. Was noisy in the morning and night so great! Great location for groceries. Great coffee maker. So close to being great. "

"I texted the host a question and he almost immediately got back to me and talked me through the entire check-in process, and he didn’t hang up until he was sure we were able to get in! This was my first out-of-state trip with my boyfriend, so it was an enormous relief to have such a dedicated host to help us out! Additionally, the interior was tidy and very pleasantly decorated!"
