"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"This was a great place to stay! The host was very responsive, and we had the grounds to ourselves. The brewery/winery was closed, but the host still gave us a bottle which was delicious! We really enjoyed walking the grounds, and one of the barn cats gave us a tour. (The barn cats are very friendly, and we were actually sad to leave them.) We checked out Dutton’s for breakfast after the host recommended it, and it did not disappoint. The Cochecton Pump House was also a unique stop the night...

"Our family rented this apartment to stay in while our son played a baseball tournament at the Cooperstown All Star Village near Oneonta. The drive to the baseball complex was about 30 minutes, but it was extremely worth it. "Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter."

It was very comfortable- had everything we needed. 2 ways to make coffee, a fancy B&O Bluetooth speaker, good looking TV setup even though we didn’t try it but the speaker was great, a nice selection of books and art, everything we needed in the kitchen, nice lemongrass soap, easy access, place to park, details on where to eat or buy supplies nearby. "The property location was beautiful and all prior reviews were spot on. The views were all that and more. Waking up to the sunrise peeking over the mountains was majestic and peaceful.
