"The hotel is beautiful. It’s brand new so not very many guests. Be careful when booking thru this site because I booked a luxury studio suite and they tried to give me a regular room. If I didn’t say anything I would have lost the extra $150 I spent for the suite. I feel like it could have been an honest mistake still kind of sketch to me. "

"The water was super hot and had strong pressure. The room was huge and fully renovated (it looked so much newer than the hotel did on the outside) and the furniture was super comfortable. ALSO, you can hear the ocean all night long, it's absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe how little they charge in comparison to the hotels at the same price all over Baja California!"

"This was a great spot to spend the night. Beds are very comfy, I didn’t want to get up from the bed. Bed sheets were clean and smelled clean. Rest of the room and restroom was clean. There seemed to be some confusion with Expedia and the hotel because only one room was showing up out of 2, but Expedia customer service was quick to reach out to hotel staff and worked it out. Staff was really nice and and was helpful throughout everything. There was a 30 dollar deposit fee. I would say I can trust...

"Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off...
