"Good price point for a nice clean room. This is a family residence with several family members, including school age children. The owner is quite humble and the family is quiet and very respectful. There are several other guests (other room renters) that are also quiet and respectful. The home is located in a nice community.....I felt safe at all times. I would certainly return here."

"The property and host provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. We had such an amazing stay. Communication with host was easy and property was very clean and beautiful. Honestly we loved it so much that we didn’t even want to leave the property to go see attractions that we came for. Wonderful evenings outside with the firepit, grill, table, and pool all close to each other."

"The house has lots of beds which is what we needed. Some were very comfortable (the master), some were not. One of the smoke detectors was going off due to old batteries when we arrived and another two had been taken down (by other guests?) The coffee maker, hot tub and pool heater all barely worked. Should I mention the cockroach in the bathtub? Maybe that is just something that happens in this area."
