"The refridgerator in the room was broken. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, but they have them available. You can also get a coffee maker, they have coffee and grab and go breakfast. The room was clean and the linens were clean. "

"The hotel is not the hotel pictured from the exterior, this is a 3 story hotel. It is clean but dated. Excellent staff. Nothing in walking distance except more hotels but it is better than staying in Cleveland!! Easy uber ride to downtown but not cheap while events are happening - averaged to about $30/ride. Breakfast was ok - average hotel food. Some warm items and always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in lobby. Very limited seating so we ate in room. Overall not a bad place to...
