"Amazing views and the place is as decribed. We enjoyed the location and views very much. Cozy tiny home with beautiful town and privacy, great for bringing a dog. Loved the amount of technology and what was provided. For future bookers, just know that the bathroom situation is definitely rough, which they did warn us of. It is a basic camping toilet without water, so staying for several days and around bugs makes it tough, but right for a camping experience. Other than that everything else was...

"This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding that was in State Road at Whispering Ridge Farm! The owner’s were amazing when we had an issue with the oven. Very responsive and super helpful. The real wood-burning fireplace was an added bonus! Very relaxing decks with magnificent views! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for the meals we cooked. David was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect, close to downtown sparta but still felt very private. The kids had a great time fishing in the pond and the river. "

"My guests and I all agreed this was one of our favorite vacays together, and we've had several. The house was well stocked & comfortable. The outdoor pavilion was a bonus for s'mores in September! No neighbors except up the hill. Just the trout in the river. We loved being here."

"Okay, if you want to be close to downtown Elkin (restaurants, shops, theater) and want to have a comfy, practical home base, this is your spot. This was our second stay here (and we plan to stay here again and again). The owners and support staff deserve all five stars in all the categories above. Got to explore Elkin more this time and enjoyed the trails (with foot bridges) and the vineyards and the Reeves Theater (music venue). Restaurants in downtown Elkin are great in terms of quality...

"Long weekend with friends visiting some of NC wineries. The house was in a central location and the owner provided a new bottle opener and a box of new wine glasses. It was much appreciated. The house was nicely stocked and I loved the little touches of having water and a sweet snacks. Will most definitely stay here again. "

"We rented this house for bridesmaids who were in a wedding in Elkin. The house had plenty of rooms and a wonderful supply of kitchen utensils. The pool was sparkling clean and the outdoor space was such a relaxing atmosphere. Book this property and you won't be disappointed."

It is a beautiful property and the home is set up with everything you need to feel at home (but magnitudes more gorgeous than a typical home!).
