The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent, although it’s a little hard to find. Honestly I would look elsewhere. We booked this place because we wanted a hotel not an Airbnb for our stay in Rome. But this was basically a bad Airbnb with a front desk. The apartment was dirty and in poor condition. The faucet in the kitchen wasn’t even secure, and wobbled all over the place when trying to get water. I can’t even imagine trying to cook a meal in the so-called kitchen. The tiles on the walls surrounding the sink in the bathroom were filthy and didn’t look like they even get wiped when the room is cleaned. The shower was dark and dingy with mold and hard water buildup. And finally, the room had a sofa bed for the kids instead of the two singles listed in our booking. The only things this place had going for it was location which was good, the staff were very nice and friendly, and the optional breakfast was decent enough for us as we were at the end of a long trip and appreciated not having to go out looking for breakfast.

Staff was excellent and helpful, very kind. The bonus bottle of sparkling wine due to Expedia status was not only appreciated, it was really good! We did not opt for the breakfast but it looked amazing. Only minor complaint - the signage for the hotel is near non-existent so it's hard to find, and its kind of just a random door. But, great little room. Would return. :)
