"The Arlington is the "Grand Dame of Hot Springs". It just Celebrated 100 years and is in the process of renovating. It is the BEST location if you are visiting Hot Springs! Tara at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken good care as does Shane in Parking! They both genuinely care about their guests! I had such a nice time staying here. I walked to the Bathhouses, Lunch, the National Park, and even Dinner at the Ohio. Again, ideal location!"

"When we arrived we were greeted by two of the friendliest bellmen that I’ve ever met. They interacted with my family and me whenever we’d pass throughout our whole trip. The room was clean and the a/c worked really well. I especially enjoyed having a beautiful view of the sunrise from our room on New Years Day morning. The breakfast was delicious. I could sense that the staff all enjoyed working there because everyone I encountered was really friendly. "

"Only significant complaint that I have is that I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray in it. Another small issue is that they ask for a $30 cash deposit in advance that they hold until the next day for potential damages. Although that is not much money, most people don't carry cash nowadays, and they should allow a small hold of $30 on a debit card."

"The hotel was under renovation but was really clean. The hallways was extremely hot! But the rooms was comfortable and the ac/heat worked fine. We needed extra pillows and they were out but offered us extra blankets to use instead. It worked lol. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, potatoes and then your typical hotel breakfast stuff. The juice seemed watered down but the coffee was good. It was a pet friendly hotel but didn’t smell like pets! We would stay here again. "
