"I stayed in a Superior Double Non-smoking Room for 6 nights on level 8 of the hotel. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. The room was small but to be expected in Japan and for the price paid. I only had 1 full size luggage so was manageable. Importantly it was clean and bed was comfortable. "Had travelled to Japan more than 18 times. Been to Osaka many times as well. Decided to book this as compared to other areas at shinshabashi as they have a connecting room. Location is just across Namba station, lots of eateries. The hotel is very busy, reception is at level 2. The hotel has this policy where they will have to clean your room every third day. "The location of the hotel is great, very close to all the places you would want to visit in Osaka. It’s a bit of a trek getting to from the Kansai Airport but once you understand the metro system it’s manageable. The rooms are small but very clean. There was a large selection of toiletries provided in the hotel lobby ranging from hair masks, bath soaks and curling irons. The staff were friendly and very eager to help. "
