"We checked in in the early morning in need of a bed to get better rest than our vehicle. The service was very good. We slept exceptionally well. We had breakfast in the morning which was satisfying. I noticed a charge that wasn't correct on my banking app and I called about it and the front desk was extremely helpful and prompt to correct the mistake."

"Pulled off turnpike because of unexpected snowstorm. luckily there were rooms for all of my crew. Parking was tough but we made it work. Weather got 10 below 0 and the owner let us hang out until we got our car unfrozen. Big thanks. "

"We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance. Located directly at the turnpike interchange and a great value for the cost. "
