We were originally put into a handicap room Room 111, for the first night, the heater never turned off, the sheets were not fresh, water seeped through the flooring , this room should be seriously serviced. However, we we moved to a completely comfortable and pleasant room the next two nights and will return thanx to the manager’s customer service the next two nights,"

"Although clean, everything seemed a little old and a bit uncared for. From a musty smell, a missing picture on the wall, cracks in the headboard and a tear in the sheets, this hotel could use an update. The staff and management were great, but that isn't enough to make me want to stay here again."
