« Was in Wilmington to work a trade show at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Everything was as described and the communications with the host were great. Only about a 12 minute drive to the venue and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. It’s nothing fancy but for about the same price as a budget hotel room you get a kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a living room. »

« What an amazing and cozy little cottage with awesome views of the Delaware river. Beth was wonderful and thought of everything! « The property manager was friendly and eager to help. My husband and son stayed at a rental home in Delaware while they were there for a competition. They found the house to be cozy and tidy. However, they felt that the neighborhood didn't seem safe or welcoming. They were thankful to have a secure place to stay during their trip. »
