"Property was clean and just how it looked in the photos. Beds were very soft(borderline too soft). We arrived after dark, the check in instructions were very clear and property was easy to access. The host responded quickly to all of my pre-arrival questions. The location was close to downtown Rochester. We have a daughter at a local college and this was the most comfortable visit we've had. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thank you!"

"This is a nice place to stay with room to relax. There are a couple of things that could make it more comfortable though. It’s in a large apartment complex and the hallway noise is really noticeable. It woke me up at night. If the door to the unit closed securely and some rugs were added to the floor it would help. Perhaps some wall art, more furniture or other home accoutrements would help dampen the noise too. It’s pretty spartan inside. There are no hairdryers in the bathrooms or iron to use....

"The location for the apartment was perfect for us since we needed to be central for visiting relatives over the holidays. It was spacious for us and it was nice for also letting me work using a separate desk and wifi while I was there. It was also nice having a kitchen and nice dining area to use during our stay. The communication with the host was very good. "

"Great location. Quiet and clean area. We booked at the kast minute and the apartment wasn't cleaned completely and we lacked all the bedding we nedded. "The check in process was not smooth. The keys did not work and neither did the digital code. The owner was able to get us in with a spare key. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable as was the living room furniture. It was fine for a quick trip. "
