My sisters noted that the shower curtains had pink mold and the grout needed a good cleaning, thus the 4 stars. The kitchen was well stocked, although the knives could be better with more variety. « The hosts were very communicative and Jess met us on arrival. The space was clean and warm upon our arrival. When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). I think she saw right away that I was disappointed. She and Dan then went over and above to make sure we could use the hot tub after all. They treated (shocked) it and got it up to temperature...
