"I can’t give this property enough praise. My family and I rented the entire home June 22- June29,2024. The house is beautiful. The beach is all sand and beautiful as well. There was 14 in our party. We had plenty of room. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper were provided. Please tip them well because they do a great job. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach. A cool beach bar is just down from the house. We snorkeled right off of our beach. Just a reminder...

"Quiet, private, relaxing. Six of us fit comfortably in this beautiful home. We enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, walking down the beach, and hanging out with the house iguanas that visited every day. Two things missing: a gas grill and an actual full kitchen oven. The countertop “oven” is limited and the charcoal grill never worked. Also a guest half bathroom would be nice downstairs too. We loved having the option for a private chef (also the groundskeeper) to cook for us a couple times! Great...

"One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

"We had a large group and chose Casa Vida for the bedrooms, large living room & rooftop area. All the rooms were as described and the pictures were accurate. It’s a really nice place. A/C worked well and hosts were very attentive to all our needs. We had several places to eat quality food within a 5 minute walk, including a market. There’s also a grocery store not too far away. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking at places around this area."

It is a good location where you can swim right in front of the house. Water shoes were provided but if you don’t like sharing shoes, just bring your own. "The is in Veleta which is just outside of Tulum it is close to the road that head to the Tulum hotel zone and is about a mile from Avenida Tulum-the main road through Tulum. The roads surrounding it were mostly dirt and that can make for a mess when it rains. I like the place. I would go again. The host, team, and crew are really friendly and incredibly helpful."
