"Very pleased with our stay, which revolved around going to American Dream mall. Hotel provided a complimentary shuttle there, which was always ready to go, on call, and FAST. Free shuttle also got us to the train station for return to NYC. Complimentary breakfast was simple and nutritious, with plenty of options. We even ate in the restaurant for night 2, which was decent enough, good service, fine Italian options, NYC prices. Room was modern and extremely clean. Comfy, soft beds, great pillows. Window opened for fresh air. Bathroom was brand new, sparkling and excellent. Maids did a 5-star job for turndown. Only property concern was lobby, which was very outdated and needs a lift. Some shopping available in walking distance for coffee, liquor, fast food. Staff was efficient and helpful. Very pleased, 8/10!"
