"This was my first time booking a shared space and I must say this place was better than I thought it would be. The room was very clean and house was very quiet. The host puts out snack, fruit and drinks everyday for you to have free of charge. My room had its own heater and air conditioning. 5 star service for sure. "

"Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded."

"The carriage house far exceeded our expectations. The home was even lovelier than the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was even an extra pillow top cover for the fold out couch, making it very nice to sleep on (a previous review mentioned it being uncomfortable and it sounds like the owners made this change). "This home is cozy and tucked away from the street. It has easy acces to the freeway and there are restaurants within a short distance. It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive."

"My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space...
