"The L7 Hotel worked out really well for our visit. Since our room was along Wabash St., noise from the EL train was audible from a block away. If you select a river view room, be aware you will be looking at Trump Tower, but the blinds can be lowered. Special shout out to Antonio, who from the start, looked out for our luggage, recommendations for restaurants and was always greeting you by name and holding the door. Note, there is a good Irish pub across the street and ask the desk for a discount card for a free appetizer. Great location for events at the Chicago Theater, which is no more than 2 blocks walking. "

"Arrived early and room wasn't ready but was given a room number and told that if we were assigned a new room that that number would be texted to me. Never received text about room change, when my party returned to hotel late Friday we were unable to find the room and when I inquired at front desk I found out I was given wrong room number. Hotel WiFi didn't function very well and I could never tell if I needed a login or was connected. It wasn't very clear on how parking functioned would recommend parking details be emailed with reservation info. Overall, had a great experience; staff was excellent and I would return on a future date."
