"We stayed here on our way to Phoenix from Canada. It was very comfortable and convenient. They offer fresh cookies on arrival 😀 When we left I realized I forgot my cell phone charger. I called and they put it aside for me for our way back. And it was right there when we stayed on our return trip. I so appreciated the staff caring enough to hold this for me! I would stay her again and recommend it highly for an overnight or longer. "

"This was a beautiful property for our stay in Victor. The room was beautiful and well-appointed. It was snowing when we arrived, so we took advantage of the groomed cross-country ski trails. It gave us a fun tour around the property. All the staff from the front desk to the activity center to the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We will happily stay here again the next time we are in the area."
