"This entire listing is a scam! The pictures and amenities listed are from the Wyndham in Rio Grande, the ACTUAL property is the Aquátika property in Loiza. We didn’t find this out until we were on the plane to PR, finally received a text from the property (after days of trying to reach them) and realized it wasn’t located anywhere near where we thought we were staying, but decided to check it out, still hopeful it would be nice. We paid extra for the “Beachfront Villa” which boasted ocean views and beachside location… actual apartment was a 15 min walk through the run down complex to what looked like a prison gate for access to a small and filthy beach. Our room’s “view” was of an empty and dilapidated pool surrounded by caution tape. Most disturbing was that The Aquatika complex is in an area of Puerto Rico that felt extremely unsafe (the road the complex was on had handmade signs every few feet that said “no mas muertes violentas” - that translates to “No more violent deaths” basically they have a murder problem, not a welcoming area!) The only nice thing was the apartment itself was nicely furnished and clean, however there was NO WAY my family was staying there and we left immediately! Hotels.com attempted to get us a refund, but the vendor refused and we were basically told there was nothing they could do. We spent over $6000 for the week and ended up having to scramble to find a new resort to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE! IT IS A SCAM!"

"We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned. We ate at all of the restaurants and can highly recommend them. The nightly entertainment in the bar was especially enjoyable. All of the musicians were top notch. We will return!"

"My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!"
