The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation

Localização boa pra quem vai aos salões de festa , bem perto. O quarto é confortável, a limpeza poderia melhorar. O restaurante do hotel é bom e tem bons preços de pratos e porções. O atendimento pelo whats foi confuso, mas pessoalmente é excelente.

Hotel que se parece motel...
Sinto muito, minha experiência não foi nada boa! Inclusive pretendo nunca mais ir nesse hotel. Descemos por volta das 9 da manhã pra tomar café e não tinha nada mais, nem o pão francês que é uma coisa simples de ter não tinha, nada de queijo nem Presunto, não tinha nem leite quente. Péssimo atendimento do pessoal da cozinha inclusive fui pedir o tal pão francês e a pessoa me disse que não tinha mais as 9 horas da manhã? Dei uma olhada na cozinha e a mesma é insalubre com muitas moscas voando até no local do café que está sujo tb, nem um pano molhado foi passado nas meses. Minha esposa como viu que não tinha nada para comer resolveu pegar salada de fruta que tb estavam estragadas e azedas. Em relação ao quarto as toalhas são finas e pequenas demais não secam nada, o ar condicionado do quarto está bem sujo por sinal Sugiro vcs fecharem as portas porque tá difícil acertar esses erros todos aí.
