"This property was perfect for the 4 of us. The decor has that quintessential lake house feel. The house was very well stocked with games, proper cooking equipment, spice cabinet and all the other accoutrements needed to cook a good meal and enjoy some time with your friends and loved ones. The view of the lake was wonderful, especially at dusk and dawn. Highly recommend!"

"Historic home was a perfect for our ski weekend. We comfortably housed 7 adults and the property was very clean and well stocked. The location was great with only a short drive to Granite Peak and many fun restaurants and taverns in Wausau. Gary is a responsive host. It snowed a couple inches one of the nights we were there and the driveway was cleared before 8 am the next morning! Highly recommend!"

"Perfect property for a ski trip to Granite Peak. Less than 5 minutes door to door. The home accomodates a larger family pretty easily with 4 bedrooms and place for an air mattress if needed. "

"We had 4 adults and 3 children at this place for a long weekend of skiing at Granite Peak. There was ample room for everyone to sleep (we easily could have slept 4 more people) and eat and hang out at the house. The only thing that would have made it better would have been another comfortable lounge chair or two in the living room. Not enough comfy spots to crash after a day on the slopes. Otherwise A!"

There is a lot of sleeping space and room to spread out for those who were staying at the house. The bunk room was a kiddo favorite.
