Sea Glass Villa at Punta del Mar is located at one of the most exclusive complexes in Rincon. Our village is just steps from your own private beach where you can swim, surf, paddle, collect sea glasses or simply enjoy the most amazing sunsets. Restaurants, shopping and stores are quick ride into town. In our town you can find local art and entertainment especially on Thursdays night art walk or on Sundays Farmers Market. Rincon is the best place to have an amazing time, a gem from the Caribbean!
Inside the villa: the first floor has a large living room with half bath, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace area with gas grill, 4k HDTV, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The second floor has two bedrooms with balconies, bath, AC and a lovely terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, full bath, walking closet and a HDTV. Fully equipped laundry (washer and dryer). The second bedroom has a twin and two full size beds facing one of the gorgeous hills of Rincon. This is our home away from home and we keep it clean and well stocked for all your family or small groups (up to 6 persons). We provide quality towels, pillows and linens, iron board and hair dryer.
Access to villa: Guest will have access to the complete villa with a private access. Communal Pool is also available.

Amenities: BBQ grill including complementary gas tanks per stay, beach chairs, water entertainment toys, WIFI, Central A/C, 4K HDTV, Apple TV, ROKU and desktop computer.
Our neighborhood: Punta del mar Beach village is an ocean front community. It is a gated community were you can be relax and spend the most amazing vacations with your beloved ones. You can enjoy the green areas, enjoy nature, take a walk through our beach, perform outdoor exercise/sports and of course collect sea glasses (recommended therapeutic activity).
Hanging out: We suggest renting a car so you can get the most of Rincon and the southwest coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has two parking spots ready for you. Extra parking located at a common area-$10 per day (implemented by HOA).

Spartan furnishings
This condo was very clean. Very nice location. Nice condo & complex. Good security for site. Property management was good to work with. The furnishings were spartan. The family room did not have furniture. The living room had wicker furnishings. The kitchen was minimally supplied. Good stock of spices. All appliances worked well, except blender/juicer. Air conditioning worked great. We had to get used to disposing of used toilet paper in trash vise flushing down toilet. This is becoming common in Puerto Rico. Power outages are common place in Puerto Rico. Backup generators worked great! Condo grounds were manicured.

Great location and accommodations!
Sea Glass Villa was just as listed. Spotless residence with all amenities. Superb, clean, quiet beach just a short walk away. Axel and Eva were easy to reach if we had questions. Only a 10 min. drive into Rincón or Aguada for groceries. Many great restaurants to pick from in Rincón. We'd stay again without question!!!

Great Location with a Beautiful Beach
The community is gated, but as a registered guest, it was easy in and easy out. The house at Sea Glass Village is very close to their community beach, which is beautiful/picturesque...although very small. The actual access to the beach can be a little tricky as some of the "paths" lead to a steep drop-off/step to get onto the beach. There are several access points so you want to just keep walking if you get to one that is not an easy access for you. The home itself is very nice and very clean. The floors are all tile and the home is all masonry construction so it's a very quiet home. It was nice to have some basic supplies and toiletries provided upon our arrival. The kitchen is fairly well stocked but could use a couple of baking sheets and maybe some more cooking utensils. Otherwise it was perfectly fine. We were SO appreciative the owner provided 2 coolers and a couple of beach chairs for use on the beach...super convenient to have those available. Bring you own beach towels. I think there were 2 at the house. The house is about a 10 min drive to downtown Rincon...so super convenient. It's only about 20 mins to Domes Beach (which we loved!!) The community pool is only open from 7am to 7pm (seemed really early) but we preferred the beach anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay there again.

Stay in Puerto Rico Rincon
I spent a week at the Seaglass villa, and we really enjoyed it. The Seaglass and sea decorations make you feel like you are in this special place, the garden outside really add to the nice feeling. Both the villa inside and the complex outside are very clean, and the sunset from the pool area is magnificent.

Look no further! Beautiful, quiet complex in prime location
This rental is beautiful. Secluded, gated and very quiet. Pristinely clean, everything you need while you stay, the layout and roominess was perfect, the pool was a fun addition, and the quiet beach was perfect to watch the sunsets and collect sea glass each morning. It’s a perfect location to so many places. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Trip!
We have been staying at VRBO properties for over 20 years and this property was one of my top favorite! The owners were super responsive, whenever needed as well as very informative leading up to the trip! The property was so great for the kids as it had a huge grassy area for playing - the beach right there for sunrises and sunsets and then the pool was a bonus! The house had all of the accommodations needed, and then some. Definitely recommend this property. 🐠🤙

Love Sea Glass Villa
Absolutely loved our stay at Sea Glass. Perfect spot for a couple with our 18 month old son. Just steps away from the beach. The condo is located in a very safe community that has essentially a private beach, pool, gym. I sat at the beach for 30 minutes and didn't see anyone walk by. The condo itself has 2 bedrooms and all the makings for a perfect getaway - beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels, etc. Highly recommend!

The hosts were excellent communicators and made the entire process very easy. The secure property is directly on the beach and is walking distance to everything on Puntas. Easy drive to downtown Rincon or if the waves are up north to Aguadilla/Isabella. AC was amazing. Highly recommend this home!

Absolutely perfect
This was an amazing place to stay. The community is quite, relaxing, and private. At night all you hear is crashing waves, frogs, and birds. Perfect for families. The villa is spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even graciously provided an arrival gift which our family really appreciated. The location is far enough away from Sandy Beach and Rincon proper to feel secluded and peaceful, and the surf out front is world class when the swell is pumping. I’ll seek to stay here for now on. Best surf trip to PR ever!
