"I was impressed by how well the house was appointed , lots of trail information and activities, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, even to prepare great meal, clean linen, floors, and bathroom. The hot tub was top shape, no stain. Really, for a change, this was better than advertised and not a bummer. It is outside Sedona so you need to drive in but the area is quiet, easy to park. I highly recommend it."

We got exactly that, the stagecoach provided a nice warm bed for us and the patio and hot tub provided a nice area to lounge and enjoy the stars at night. "This property is located about 8 miles outside of Sedona business district so you have to dive to Sedona to enjoy the shops and restaurants. On the bright side, the property is quiet and affordable and a great value for a stay in Sedona. Our cottage was spacious and well equipped for a couple to stay."
