"Alle Hotels in Innenstadt waren ausgebucht, deswegen Appartement trotz knapper Beschreibung und ohne Bewertungen gebucht. Erster Kontakt mit Vermieter war freundlich. Standort ist in Echt um 2km! falsch und bei den Köln Arcaden. Informationen zu überhaupt keinen Parkplätzen am Haus wären gut gewesen. Schlüssel waren wie besprochen vor der Appartementtüre. Aber ins Haus bin ich erst gekommen als Jemand anderes die Tür aus dem Haus gekommen ist und ich die offene Türe benutzt habe. Sachen...

"This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "
