"We stayed here for 5 days. Overall impression was good. Could use some better lighting through out the unit. Maybe switch to some LED lighting. We were the only ones staying there at first then someone else checked in above us. Noise became a issue for us. It is a great location with the river running beside it. You can walk the entire town with ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7 "

"This is our second time staying at this place. It was just as spectacular as the first time. The location is perfect, close to town/shops, grocery, and the lifts and gondola. The place might appear small at first glance but it is designed in such a way that makes such good use of space. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with, great communication and so knowledgeable. She wants to ensure you and your guests are well taken care of. I would definitely come back! "

"Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved this property. We went during the off season (November 14-18), but there was still so much to do. The property was very clean and just as pictured. The host had great and very specific instructions for check-in and parking, which was very much appreciated. Downtown is literally within walking distance. We even went to Mountain Village and Ouray on a couple of different days. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"The location was great. Close to Ouray and Ridgway. Definitely need to follow the directions sent to you--do NOT use GPS. The drive to the property was up a steep hill so you need a vehicle with at least some type of AWD at a minimum due to the loose gravel. If there is rain or snow, it would be even more difficult.
