"We had a terrific family weekend at this lovely, historic home. The house was perfect for our extended family with multiple adult couples, an 11 month old baby, and two dogs. The property is VERY child friendly with a crib, high chair, and lovely library of children's books, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional, and the house is a short drive to Chestertown and lots of great local seafood. Would strongly recommend."

"What a privilege and honor to stay in such an amazing, historic home. Excuse me ..manor. Everything was perfect for me and my big family! There was eight of us, and it suites us beautifully! Alex is a thoughtful host, with many extra amenities! The beds were comfy, the dining room stunning..and the kitchen is huge, which made it easy to create wonderful memories! "

"Wonderful stay for 75th and 50th birthday celebrations.Everyone from age 4 to 75 had a terrific time. So much to do we did not leave the property. View of the Chesapeake Bay is amazing - from sunrise to gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication from host with instructions and area suggestions. 5 Star"

"We had an amazing trip to Kent Narrows. The boat house was perfect - clean, cozy, with great views! Loved the balcony. Despite the cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Got to eat delicious seafood at the nearby restaurants, try the amazing cream of crab soup, Maryland crabcakes, & rockfish. Got to see oysters being unloaded from a boat at the nearby coffee shop.
