"This was a perfect weekend getaway, although we wish we could have stayed longer! It was exactly what we were looking for-very cozy, simple and gorgeous views. The hot tub was amazing and our host was very helpful. We drove about 45 minutes to an amazing brewery-West Kill Brewery and would highly recommend. "

"This is a real log cabin get-away. Surrounded by trees and far from other homes, it is cozy and private. We only used the downstairs but there are two loft spaces upstairs which would be perfect for kids. You do have to bring your own linens and clean when you leave, but that keeps the cost down (since they don't charge an additional cleaning fee like many places do). You can tell it's someone's home which is sweet. We would def go back!"

Many of the ceiling lights were not working, and the main living area was very dark. Plan to eat most meals out and you won’t be disappointed as the kitchen was not well stocked to prepare food (no spatulas or measuring cups) the ice maker made ice but did not dispense it and the filter for water was due to be replaced. "We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up.
